Southern California designers Karen Stewart and Howard Brown, a husband and wife design team, step outside the comfort zone of organic tee shirts and tanks (found in almost every environmentally conscious collection) with four additional fabrications: Mongolian cashmere, green fabrics, premium knitwear and factory surplus fabrics.

Staples from this collection, the majority of which is produced in Mongolia, include cardigans, pants, dresses, skirts, camis and winter accessories. A few of the stand-out pieces include a drape coat, side knit vest dress and a swing jacket. Prices range from $30 to more than $150.
